Extra Content: Exclusive Scenes Approved by Kohei Horikoshi
Even more exciting news is that the manga creator, Kohei Horikoshi, has been working closely with Studio BONES to add new scenes and emotional layers to the animated adaptation. Thanks to the end of the manga, Horikoshi had the opportunity to work closely with the studio in this process, resulting in the incorporation of content that was not originally part of the manga pages. This collaboration promises to surprise fans with never-before-seen moments and greater emotional depth in the characters and their development. This is an additional gift for My Hero Academia followers as they bid farewell to this iconic story.
Beyond the Final Season: Vigilantes and Possible Movies
Although the end of the main season marks the closure of a chapter, the universe of My Hero Academia does not end here. The spin-off series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes has already been confirmed for a second season in 2026, allowing the exploration of the stories of Koichi Haimawari (Crawler), Kazuho Haneyama (Pop Step), and Iwao Oguro (Knuckleduster). In addition, there is the possibility of new movies featuring Class 1-A, thus continuing the legacy of the My Hero Academia universe. The franchise has reached an important milestone with over 100 million copies sold worldwide, solidifying its position as one of the most popular manga and anime series globally.
