Two New Chapters Confirmed: Berserk

After a long wait, fans of the acclaimed dark-fantasy manga Berserk have TWO reason to celebrate! because chapter 382, will be published on June 27, 2025, in the upcoming Young Animal issue 13/2025. This is accompanied by an earlier announcement from May detailing a release for June 13th, means fans are set to receive two chapters this month – a welcome surge of content!

Following the tragic loss of Kentaro Miura in 2021, the future of his work seemed uncertain. Fortunately, with the collaboration of Studio Gaga and under the direction of Kouji Mori, who was a close assistant to Miura for many years, the story has found a way to continue. Volume 42, published almost four years ago (December 24, 2021), contained the first post-Miura chapters: "Lull of the Waning Moon" (Chapter 365) and "Rusty Iron Rings That Bind" (Chapter 373). Mori has committed to honoring Miura's legacy, maintaining the author’s essence and vision. The continuation of Berserk is not only a tribute to Miura's work but also an opportunity for fans to experience the continuation of the many adventures taking place in this dark and fascinating universe.

The current story follows the "Fantasia Arc." Arc that started in 2010 with chapter 308, a period marked by Miura’s irregular publications.
