The news has generated great excitement, given the work's rising popularity, which already boasts over 2 million copies sold and a manga adaptation. Production will be handled by Studio TROYCA, known for its work on "Aldnoah.Zero," suggesting a visually appealing approach. The author, Kureha, expressed surprise and joy, thanking readers for their support and promising that they will do their best to make the anime a success. The story follows Hana, a young woman from a branch family of one of the five clans that protect Japan with barrier magic. She has always lived in the shadow of her talented twin sister and has chosen to hide her magical abilities to lead a quiet and discreet life. However, her goal is threatened when Saku Ichinomiya becomes the new leader of his clan and decides to seek a wife strong enough to stand by his side. Hana struggles between protecting her secret and the possibility of a peaceful future that a marriage contract could guarantee.


The Creative Team Behind the Anime


The anime will be directed by Tōru Kitahata, known for directing series like "Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It" and "Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf!". Minami Murayama will handle character designs, with experience on episodes of "ATRI: My Dear Moments" and "IDOLiSH7 Third Beat!". Yūko Kakihara, with experience on works like "Blue Box" and "Cells at Work!", will be in charge of the script and series composition.
